Traumhaft Alles sehr gut orgaisiert, pünktliche Abholung am Hotel in Mexiko City. Das Team vom örtlichen Veranstalter Volaris war sehr professionell. Wir haben uns absolut sicher gefühlt. Der Flug an sich war ein unvergeßliches Erlebnis. Außerdem gab es im Anschluß noch ein leckeres Frühstück in einem traumhaften Garten mit Sekt und der Überreichung einer Ballonfahrerurkunde. Auch der kleine Markt vor der Flugbasis war sehr günstig. Auch für die Besichtung Teotihuacans war ausreichend Zeit eingeplant. Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben, war dass der Fahrer uns ab und zu mal Informationen, z. B. Treffpunkte und Abholzeiten, in englisch gegeben hätte. Wir waren die einzigen nicht spanisch sprechenden Teilnehmer der Gruppe und hatten natürlich die Tour in englisch gebucht, mussten aber für Informationen immer nachfragen.

Muy preocupados y excelente servicio Estuvieron muy preocupados de nosotros, nos tenían desayuno, la actividad comenzó a la hora, el vuelo tranquilo el chico que nos transportaba explico todo fue un excelente piloto de globo.

Lot of fun and very well done Really enjoyed the whole tour – they did a great job taking care of everyone and the views of the city, mountains, and especially the pyramids were fantastic. A couple of us were skittish about the heights, but all felt super comfortable throughout and the tour. They also did a great job with managing crowds on the ground with several nice surprises included – can’t tell you what they are as you wouldn’t appreciate them when they happen! Well worth it

Safe Tour and incredible experience Very organized and amazing experience! Pick up at meeting point hotel was on time. Upon arrival they had cofffee/tea and donuts to snack on. Balloon ride was 45min-1 hour and I felt VERY safe (shout out to GUTA the best pilot ever!). Wonderful views and so peaceful. After the ride, they take you back to their location where you get a full breakfast. From there they take you to the pyramids to walk around. You have the choice to go with a guide for $23 USD (totally worth it) or you can walk around on your own. The only thing I wished I had known earlier is the length of the trip. We were picked up at 5:10am and dropped back off at 4:30pm. Just good to know for planning!

安心して飛べます テオティワカン周辺に何社かあるようですが、こちらは大手らしく10機近くの気球が順番に離陸していく様は圧巻です。今回のタイムスケジュールは次のとおり。①0720市内集合②0830現地事務所で搭乗手続（コーヒータイム）③0850離陸場所へ移動④0905離陸⑤1000着陸してシャンパンで乾杯、事務所に戻り飛行証明書を貰ったり、撮影された動画を見たり⑥1120近くのレストランで昼食⑦1300土産店に連行⑧テオティワカン遺跡着。自由見学２時間⑨1600市内で解散。 私の気球はいちばん遅く離陸しましたが、早い便は８時ごろから上がっていたようです。どの便になるかは前日にメール等で連絡が来ますから現地で使えるスマホ等は必要です。 気球は16人乗りの大型のものでしっかりした造り、乗り降りは階段を昇降できる程度の体力で大丈夫、英語もカタコトで行けました（英語を話せるスタッフは半分くらい）。 天気が悪いと遺跡が見えないこともあるそうですが、今回は素晴らしいパノラマを堪能できました。 遺跡の真上には行きませんが、ピラミッドの上の人が見えるくらいには近づいてくれます。

Amazing Experience! Must Do! Overall, the experience was pretty organized. It started with an email on where to meet, got picked up around the Angel of Independence (they use a van to pick up multiple people-sit in the front and you’ll be less dizzy), drive to the Valore launch area, get coffee/snacks for breakfast, and get ready for takeoff. It was pretty cold this January Morning (about 40 degrees F) The flight. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences of my life!!! The views from the hot air balloon were amazing and we even went directly over the pyramids. To see the sunrise was breathtaking. After the flight, we were provided a buffet lunch and went to the pyramids. We roamed around for about 3 hours then got transported back to the Angel of Independence.

Bummer that the Wind That Morning Did not Permit the Ride – But We Got a Full Refund. As the title says, we could not reschedule our balloon flight prior to our departure when all balloon activity was cancelled the morning of due to high winds; some impressions, (1) good on Volare for safety over profit (even if the weather situation can afford only one outcome); (2) customer satisfaction, even though cancelled, Volare nonetheless ferried a couple of vans worth of people to the archaelogical site and picked us up 3 hours later to return us to cdmx; It is clear to me that the company made its customers’ experience a priority before its own profit, so good on them; we received a full refund which more than made up for the bummer of not being able to have the balloon experience; so I cannot be in any way but appreciative of the corporate mindset of this company.

Awesome Experience The flight over the ruins was amazing with Enrique as our pilot. Perfect weather and we went right over the top of the sun pyramid. Great experience. Breakfast afterwards was very good too. Don’t miss it.
