Organized, efficient, lovely except for the music and breakfast. Overall the experience was very organized, safe and enjoyable. My suggestions: cut the music during flight & improve the break

Early morning and lots of waiting but an unforgettable experience! It was an early morning start but pickup was prompt at our hotel. We had to wait a bit once we arrived as it took a while (~45 min) for them to check everyone in. They served coffee and had some apples and bananas available to snack on. There wasn’t much place to sit so be prepared to stand for a while. Once it was time to board, it was very efficient. Our captain (Juan) was really great and did a comprehensive job educating us about the balloon and what we were seeing. Total time in the air was about 44 minutes due to winds pushing us faster. We landed in a field somewhere and they had to put the balloon in a pickup truck to take us back to the pickup point. This took another 45 min. Once we got back, we got to see the pictures, drone video, and 360 cam video footage. As expected, it was incredibly expensive so most people opted out of purchasing them. We finally were able to have breakfast which was pretty decent. Overall, we had a great time and the ride itself was amazing. The company was quite organized and we always knew what time we needed to be where. The facilities were clean.

Great views and flight, ok food Great flight about 45 minutes in length, safe and we started after all the other companies so got to see all the balloons in the air Food was forgettable. Would save your appetite

Great balloon ride! Such a great experience! The entire morning was very well organized. You get an amazing view of the pyramids from the balloon and the pilot was very kind and explained some of the history to us. The breakfast was also vegetarian / vegan friendly.
